Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities so that we may offer you expedient service. Therefore, we ask that you please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel/make any changes. This is not a guarantee that we will able to do so. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

Current Production time is within 2-4 business days. (*Please note the difference between production times and shipping times. Production time is the amount of time it takes to create or personalize your item. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes once your item has shipped.) Handmade items can not be created until your order is placed. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Yes, you can. Designs do have to be created and tested so I can not give a time frame or make a promise of when it will be completed. I will do my best to meet your request. Please note: If you put information that doesn’t belong/match with each listing, I have the right to cancel it.
