Please provide the child's name and initial letter to be placed behind the name, and date that you would like on the ear (the date can be left off if you'd like). Then pick what color you would like the vinyl personalization to be. Next, select whether or not you would like a bow and the bow color. Finally, hit add to cart and head to the checkout.
